Comments with "Recaptcha" now

This site was haunted by spammers for some time, so we installed a further barrier. This is called “recaptcha” and asks the commenting party to type in two codewords when submitting the comment.

If you can’t decipher the word combination that is initially presented to you, please click on the “yin-yang” arrows to the right of the text entry field. You’ll then be provided with a new two word combination. Repeat this step until you see a combination, you’re comfortable with.

Shapes of Things to Come

Gradually adapting back to conditions in SEA after being exposed to one of the coldest junes in Germany on record, I am now setting my eyes on our goals for this year again.

The "pedalo" will be the project to get the most attention in the coming weeks. Having an electric assisted Kajak, coastal waters proof of course, is just too intriguing to not make it a top priority.

In addition to just being a very cute project, it will also help in developing the all-electric catamaran demonstrator I am determined to launch THIS year. The global economic downturn may actually play into our hands, as both the "Pedalo" and the Cat can potentially (if your location receives enough sunlight) go with zero expenses for fuel.

PEDALO quick refinement

Just got in the results of the first refinement phase. Shaving off nearly 4 Newtons of resistance proved to be as easy as pie, and this is by far not the last word on the matter.

When it comes to hullforms, we are like the "BORG": "resistance is futile!" ;)

Finally! Back to Boatbuilding... PEDALO ke1

Link: http://rosevfx.de

As the restructering and relaunching of my websites slowly but nearly concludes, I have actually found some time, to give a face to one of the projects, wich in the last months were so shamefully neglected.

PEDALO KE is the first in a series of projects, that will be initiated during my imminent visit to the continent.
Due to recent global economic events, it has been decided to focus on the small development budget projects first. However, PEDALO and a few subsequent designs, do have very promising properties and represent an impressive business opportunity.

Let me, for now, introduce you to a first glimpse. Details will, as always, be shared with serious investors and the Marine Development Workgroup members only. The imagery and charts rendered here, represent the initial design stage and are to no degree refined.

Happy New Year 2009 Everyone and...
please be patient

So the new year is nearly 4 days old as I am writing this. The last days I have been busy resurrecting my traditional company homepage Rose - Content Creation & VFX and putting up a site supporting our content creation efforts for IMVU called Avistyle.

All those activities didn't leave me much time for MarDeW, but things WILL happen here! Hang tight and be patient - as boat people you know how that works...
